Handsome, vintage, interior doors salvaged from an from an old,  home in Northeastern PA. They're made of solid Douglas Fir or  pine, and are painted white on both sides.

When most people hear "pine" they think of a cheap, weak, soft   wood. New pine   hewn from 10 - 20 year old trees don't have   the same insect-resistant, rot-resistant, or even fire-resistant  qualities   that  old pine, hewn from trees hundreds of years old  have. Old pine is also   much harder and stronger than young pine.

The doors have a unique, Victorian style six panel design. All panels are raised on both sides.

Hardware: The doors are not equipped with any hardware. However, we have a good selection of  period hardware to outfit them (check out our eBay  store).

Uneven Height: The height of door#1 was unevenly cut by 5/8". The cut was most likely made to compensate for a warped floor or sagging foundation. We could cut either door to an even height/width, build them up to be taller/wider, or even cut them to be narrower/shorter--message us for a quote.

Condition: The doors are strong, sturdy, and in great structural condition. they only have nicks and scratches, but no broken or cracked joints, gouges, rot, warp, or any other serious issues. Most of the blemishes that they have will disappear after sanding, prior to refinishing or repainting, and  whatever remains will be subtle, "character marks".

Swing: Door#1 swings into a room towards the left or away from the room towards the right. Door#2 swings in the opposite direction. We could change the swing of either door---Message us for a quote.

Modification: We could also modify either door to fit your opening or suite your needs. We could trim or add to the height(s) or width(s), replace panels with glass, plug the hardware holes, etc. Email us with a small description of what  you would like done, and we'll give you a quote.
