Handsome, vintage dining or side chair salvaged from Northeastern Pennsylvania. The chair's seat and backrest are solid maple wood and the frame is made of steel.

The seat has a saddle form for comfort and the feet swivel and pivot to allow for stability on uneven surfaces.

Our carpenter inspected the chair from top to bottom, and didn't need to glue or reinforce anything. He said that the wood and finish are, "really clean for a chair that typically gets a lot of use."

Expect the typical nicks, scratches, and small spots of rust which are common to find on old, used chairs. There are no breaks, gouges, rot, or warp. The chair is strong, sturdy, and ready for another lifetime of service.
