38"x28" Vintage Old Mid Century Modern "Illinois Moulding" Wood Wooden Antique White Hanging Wall Decorator Mirror

Beautiful, vintage, decorator mirror made by, "Illinois Moulding Co." of Chicago, IL on 10/26/1960. The frame and shelves are made of wood, and the 4 ornate motifs in the corners are either made of a molded plastic or jesso (plaster). The frame is painted gold and the ornate corners have a touch of white paint in the crevices.

There are 2 small metal clips on the back of the frame to facilitate hanging on a wall.

The frame is in excellent condition. Expect a few tiny nicks and light scratches here and there but no breaks, cracks, dents, rot, or warp. The worst blemish is  a C-shaped worn spot on one of the shelves that must have been caused from a candle or some other circular object rubbing against the paint. Our carpenter inspected the piece and found nothing to repair, replace, or even tighten/reinforce.

The glass is original and fully intact with no flaws to report.
