3 available 30"x77" Antique Vintage Old Reclaimed Salvaged Victorian SOLID Wood Wooden Interior Door Panels

RARE, antique, interior doors salvaged from a late 1800's, Home in Wayne, PA (see last photo). All 3 doors are made of solid Pine, and are painted on both sides.

When most people hear "pine" they think of a cheap, weak, soft   wood. New pine   hewn from 10 - 20 year old trees don't have the same insect-resistant, rot-resistant, or even fire-resistant  qualities that old pine, hewn from trees hundreds of years old have. Old pine is also   much harder and stronger than young pine.

The doors have a Victorian style, 4-panel arrangement with 4 vertical panels. The panels are raised on both sides. The panels are reeded and have shamford edges with Lark's tongue, details in the corners.

Hardware: The doors are not equipped with any hardware. However, we have a good selection of period hardware to outfit it (check out our online store).

Uneven Size: The width of Door#1 and the Height of Door#2 were unevenly cut by 1/2". The cuts were most likely to accommodate for a warped floor or sagging foundation. We could cut any door to an even height/width, build it/them up to be taller/wider, or even trim it to be narrower/shorter--message us for a quote.

Condition: The doors are strong, sturdy, and in great structural condition. They only have nicks and scratches, but no breaks, gouges, rot, warp, or any other serious issues. Otherwise, most of the blemishes that the door has will disappear after sanding, prior to refinishing or repainting, and whatever remains will be subtle, "character marks".

Swing: The hinge mortises span the thickness of all of the doors. This allows you to define its swing and install your hinges on either side.

Modification: We could also modify any door to fit your opening or suite your needs. We could trim or add to the heights or widths, replace panels with glass, plug the hardware holes, etc. Email us with a small description of what  you would like done, and we'll give you a quote.
