34"x79"x1.75" Antique Vintage Old Reclaimed Salvaged Solid Birch Veneer Wood Wooden Exterior French Door Window Wavy Glass

Beautiful, antique, French door salvaged from an old 1913, home in Northeastern, PA. The door is has a solid Douglas fir core covered in a 1/4", birch veneer. The door is stained on the exterior side, and painted on the interior side.

The door has an impressive arrangement of 15, true-divided windows with old, wavy glass.

Hardware: The door does not come equipped with any hardware. However, we have a good selection of  period hardware to outfit it (check out our store).

Uneven Height:

The height of the door was unevenly cut by 1/4". The cut was most likely made to compensate for a warped floor or sagging foundation. We could cut the door to an even 78 5/8", cut it narrower/shorter, or even build it up to be taller/wider--message us for a quote.

Condition: The door is strong, sturdy and in great structural condition. It has the typical scrapes,   scratches, and small nail holes that you would expect to find on an old, used door. Otherwise, there are no broken or cracked joints, gouges, rot, or warp. The small blemishes they have will disappear or diminish drastically after stripping and sanding.

All of the glass is intact and in great condition with only subtle scratches.

Swing: The door is set up to swing into a room towards the right and away from a room towards the left. We could modify the door to swing in the opposite direction--message us for a quote.

Modification: Do you want to replace the glass with wooden panels, screen/mesh, or something  else? We could modify the door to fit your opening or suite your needs. We could trim or add to the height or width, reverse the swing, plug the  hardware holes, etc. Email us with a small description of what you would like  done, and we'll give you a quote.
