7 available 32"x79"x1.75" Antique Vintage Old Reclaimed Salvaged SOLID Wood Wooden Interior Door Panels

* Although there are 7 doors available, the list price is for 1 door only. The door shown in the photos is one of the 7 doors available. All of the doors in the lot look just like the door in the photos but  differs slightly in size. If you are planning on buying less than 7 doors please message us after the auction to let us know which door(s) you'd like. 

* Please note that the 32"x79" in the title is just an estimate. The doors are not exactly that size. Please see "Dimensions"  below.           

Elegant, antique  interior doors salvaged from the, "Saugerties Hotel," in Saugerties, NY. The doors are made of solid Douglas Fir or pine and have a louvered vent on top and 4 raised panels below. All the doors are stained on both sides (none are painted).

When most people hear "pine" they think of a cheap, weak, soft  wood. New pine  hewn from 10 - 20 year old trees don't have the same insect-resistant, rot-resistant, or even fire-resistant qualities that old  pine, hewn from trees  hundreds of years old have. Old pine is also much harder  and stronger than young pine.

Hardware: No door is equipped with any hardware. However, we have a good selection of hardware to outfit them (check out our eBay store).

Uneven Size: Most of the doors heights/widths were unevenly cut by 1/4"-1/2" (See dimensions below). The cuts were most likely made to accommodate a warped floor or sagging foundation.

We could cut any of the doors to an even height/width, or cut them narrower/shorter, or even build them up to be wider/taller--message us for a quote.

Condition: Considering the doors are well at least 100 years old, they are strong, sturdy and in great condition. They only have nicks  and scratches, but no  broken/cracked joints or any other serious issues. Most of the blemishes that they have will disappear after sanding, prior to refinishing or repainting, and whatever remains will be subtle, "character marks".

Modification: Want to use 2 of these doors to make a pair? We could also modify the door(s) to fit your opening or suite your  needs. We could make a frame(s), trim or add to the heights or  widths, replace panels with glass, reverse the swings, plug the hardware holes, etc. Email us with a small description of what you would like done, and we'll give you a quote.

* If you need the item sooner or are located  outside of our delivery range, we could crate and ship with  a commercial freighter--email us for a quote.

* Pick up in  Scranton, PA is also welcome. No "pick up" charges applied
