Antique Vintage Old Reclaimed Salvaged Distressed Burnished SOLID Wood Wooden Side End Hall Corner Sofa Couch Table Night Stand Shelf Drawer

unique nightstand salvaged from Northeastern PA. The piece is made of solid wood.

It was originally varnished and over the years of exposure to varying heat and humidity, the varnish dried up (burnished).

Under the table top, there is a small drawer with a wooden knob. The table has a straightforward design with 4 legs connecting in the center by a shelf at the bottom.

This piece is strong, solid, and sturdy, and in great condition. Except a small break under the top (see last photo). There are small nicks, scratches here and there. However, there are no serious breaks, cracks, gouges, rot, or warp. There is a small circular stain on the shelf, it seems that the previous owner put a pot there for a long period of time.

Our carpenter thoroughly inspected the item and found no repairs to make nor anything to reinforce. The joints are tight and sturdy, and the drawer slides in and out with ease. It's ready for another lifetime of service!
