Complete Restored Antique Vintage Old Salvaged Reclaimed Bronze Iron Pocket Sliding Door Set Plate Lock Interior Lockset Key

The set was made by, "Lockwood Hardware Co," of Fitchburg, MA during the 1880's. All bronze parts are beautifully adorned with lovely, Eastlake (Aesthetic) style details.

At the point of salvage, all bronze parts were heavily painted. We carefully removed the paint, trying to preserve as much of the patina as possible

Considering that the lockset is nearly 150 years old, it is in excellent condition! The parts nicks and scratches here and there, but no breaks, chips, cracks, gouges.

The lock functions smoothly. The edge pull from within lock springs forth when you push the button on the faceplate, and the hook-like latch extends and retracts with the turn of the key.

Sets like this are very hard to find, especially complete and in such fine condition--don't miss out!
