Beautiful, hand-crafted, vintage door knocker salvaged from Northeastern PA. It was made in India decades ago and is made of solid, cast brass, not plated steel. We included 2 installation screws to fasten the knocker to the door.
It's rare to see a door knocker with a bell. This one has a cute chime when you shake it (see/hear video).
It has traditional, Colonial style design which is enhanced by beautiful, floral etchings. Even the bell is decorated.
The design is further enhanced by a rich, original patina (tarnish). If you prefer a clean, shiny look, you could remove the patina with "Brasso" and some #0000 steel wool.
The door knocker is in fantastic condition with only tiny nicks and subtle scratches There are no breaks, cracks, chips, or gouges. It's ready for another lifetime of service.
