Vintage Antique Old Reclaimed Salvaged Pearl Wick Retro Mid Century Modern Laundry Clothes Clothing Hamper Storage Chest Bin Can

Cute, vintage hamper salvaged from an old home in Northeastern Pennsylvania. It was made about 70 - 80 years ago by the "Pearl Wick" brand out of New York. It has a solid metal frame. and is covered in vinyl on all sides except the back and bottom. It has hinged lid  which lifts up and down, and sits on 4, wooden, cylindrical legs.

The vinyl has a beautiful, floral pattern all over.

For it's age, it's in amazing condition! Even the vinyl is in good shape. There are a few small scratches on the metal and vinyl, which is to be expected for a piece this old. However, there are no rips, deep scratches or chips. The worst and only significant damage is rust on the bottom edge of the hamper (see last photo). However, simply scrubbing it with steel wool, and applying some Brasso will do the trick. The piece is ready for another lifetime of service!
