Vintage Hand-Blown Amber Glass Lamp Shade Bulbous Shape Wall Light Cover Kerosene Oil Lamp Replacement Chimney Straight Neck Fitter 2.25”

This sale is for a Mid-Century hand-blown glass replacement lampshade/globe/light cover.  It’s made of amber glass in a modern ribbed style featuring a bulbous body with straight neck. Lampshade was salvaged from a rural area in NE Pennsylvania. Circa 1960’s or early 1970’s. We don't believe this shade was ever used.

Dimensions approx.: 7 ¾” H x 1 ½” D Top x 5” W (widest part). 
Straight neck (base) is 2”in diameter and 5/8” H. Lampshade takes a 2.25” Fitter. Before place order, please check the measurement of you lamp for fitter size. The fitter is the outer diameter of the lip which is inserted into the fixture shade holder. The fitter should be slightly smaller than the shade holder on your lamp to fit properly.

Excellent condition without any sign of wear or age. No cracks or breaks. The edges are rough cut - not smooth like modern made. Occasionally air bubble and tiny chips at the top and bottom edges from the original cutting of the glass.
