The shape is heavily rooted in German and Pennsylvania Dutch folk art motifs. The scalloped edge features contrasting blue fabric binding and hand appliquéd dots along the peaks. Backing is cotton white fabric. Tight hand quilting stitches. It was made in the 50’s great depression era.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eMeasures approx. 60”W x 86” L.
