Vintage Milk Glass Hurricane Electric Lamp Footed Base Painted Red Rose Flowers Chimney Shade Bedroom End Table Lamp Country Décor

For sale is a vintage milk glass footed lamp with hurricane shade/globe/chimney. Lampshade (hurricane chimney) and top of the body feature painted red rose flowers with green leaves on white background. Bottom of the body (column) displays hobnail design. Shade holder is adorned with chrome plated metal filigree. The lamp is engaged by a Foster turn on/off switch and takes a standard bulb max. 40 watt (not included). Electric cord and plug are original to the piece. Good working condition. Bottom shows a blue sticker from UL that reads: Portable Lamp Underwriters. Embossed on the base is J-2090.

Measurements approx..: 17” Tall (with shade) x 4 1/2” Wide. Base is 4 1/2” in Diameter.
9 ¾” H without lampshade.

Excellent vintage condition. There are no cracks or chips. Insignificant sign of wear and age. On the column there are few lines between hobnail design (imperfections from the molding process). Almost unnoticeable. Please see last picture.
Perfect for a bedroom, mantle, cottage decor on a table, or as a pretty boudoir/parlor lamp.
