Cool, vintage, newspaper or magazine caddy salvaged from Northeastern PA. It is made of a solid wood and is stained a dark color.

The newspaper rack has beautiful, turned (carved spindles forming the wall of the rack on the sides. The handle bar and rack walls are all held together tightly by 10, screwed-in dowels on the sides.

The floor of the caddy has 2, hard plastic boots for extra stability.

Our carpenter inspected the caddy from top to bottom, inside and out and there was nothing for him to repair, replace, or even tighten/reinforce. The piece has the typical nicks, light scratches and spots of worn finish here and there, however, there are no breaks, cracks, rot, or warp. All of the joints are tight, and overall, the caddy  is strong, sturdy, and ready for a lifetime of service!
