The lampshade was made on Long Island, New York by the late Gene \u0026amp; brother, Kim Sinrod in the Sinrod Stained Glass Studios in Lynbrook. The lamp has the brass identification plate inside (see close-up photo #4). On the bottom, on one green panel is a dedication that reads: “Merry Christmas, Mom! 1981.” Please see last picture. Fixture includes an adjustable chain, electrical cord, cross bar, and canopy. Also, it comes with milk glass globe.
