Large, antique windows salvaged from a former cream production plant  (see last photo) in Southeastern Pennsylvania. The plant was built during the  1890's, and these windows were original to the building's construction. Although  the sashes are original, not all of the original glass survived. Window#1 has 1 original,  wavy glass lite and 5 replacements, and Window#2 has 2 original and 4 replacements.

Each window is painted white on the exterior side and green on the interior  side. We could either completely strip the paint, or prep the surface of the  windows for a fresh coat of paint. Email  us with a description of what you would like done, the quantity of windows you  need, and we'll give you a quote.

The windows are equipped with the locks and pulls shown in the  photos, but they are not antique or original. We have a good selection of  period hardware to outfit the windows (check out our eBay store).

The lites are secured with old-fashioned glazier's putty on the exterior (green)  side. The majority of the putty is in good shape, but there are a few spots  where some is missing.

Condition: The windows  of the plant were replaced with energy efficient windows, not because they were  in bad shape or defective. All of the frames (sashes) have scrapes, scratches, and nail holes,  which are typical blemishes that you should expect to find on old, used,  architectural elements.
They will be removed during  the finishing process or covered if painted.  There are no serious structural flaws like rot, warp, broken or loose joints,  etc. Below are a few cosmetic blemishes unique to each window:

Windows#1 & 2:  The center mullion or muntin has chunk of wood that broke off. Window# 1 also  has a small break or large scrape on the left side of the interior or green-painted side.

Except for one cracked replacement lite/pane in Window#2, all of glass is intact, and in good shape with only subtle scratches.

Size Increase? Are the  windows too short, too narrow, or both? We could increase the size by a few  inches. Email us with a  description of what you would like done, and  we'll give you a quote.
