Beautiful, swinging door salvaged from a 1913 home in Western Long Island, NY. The door is made of solid Douglas Fir and is completely painted white.

It has an impressive arrangement of 9 true-divided glass lites/panes and a single recessed (flat) panel below.

Since the door is set up to swing forwards and backwards, it's side edges are rounded. If you want to use the door as a regular door that just swings in one direction, these edges could be cut and the door could be a square 29" wide--message us for a quote.

Hardware: See last 2 photos. The door comes complete with hardware: a spring-loaded pivot hinge at the bottom, a simple 2-piece pivot hinge in the opposite corner, and 2 brass push plates.

If you want to remove the pivot hinges and use the door as a regular door that just swings in one direction, we could remove the hinges and fill the holes with solid wood to make the door an even 78.5" tall OR we could cut the door to the top of the hinge mortise and make the door 77"--message us for a quote.

Condition: The door is strong, sturdy and in excellent structural condition. The door has the typical scrapes, scratches, and small nail holes that you would expect to find on an old, used door. However, the door has no serious breaks, cracks, gouges, rot, or warp.

The glass is intact and in great condition with only subtle scratches.

All of the hardware functions as it should and is also in great shape.

The door is strong, sturdy, and ready for another lifetime of service.
