Vintage Antique Old Mid Century MCM Bronze Exterior Entry Commercial Door Lock Lockset Knobs Plates Rosettes

Heavy-duty, vintage door lockset made by, "Corbin Mfg. Co.," of  New Britain, CT and distributed by, "Arrow," of Brooklyn, NY.  The set comes with 2 bronze knobs, 2 bronze rosettes, a bronze strike plate for the door jamb, a 2-piece lock, installation instructions, installation template/guide, and the original box.

This set was salvaged from, "Advent Lutheran Church," in York, PA (see last photo) which was built during the 1940's. This lockset was most likely made in the 1960's or 70's. We salvaged several doors from the church and this set was just sitting in a box in a storage closet. If it weren't for the spots of paint around the edges of the round plates and light scratches, you would swear that this is, "New Old Stock." It looks so clean and is in fantastic condition. A little, "Brasso," and some fine steel wool and it will look brand new.

Not only does it look like new, but it functions like new also. The internal parts of the locks are clean and all springs are tight and strong. You could tell these sets were barely used and are ready for a lifetime of service.
