Handsome, antique,  interior doors salvaged from  an old home in Northeastern PA. The doors are made of solid, Douglas fir or pine  and are painted white on both sides.

When most people hear "pine" they think of a cheap, weak, soft   wood. New pine  hewn from 10 - 20 year old trees don't have  the same insect-resistant, rot-resistant, or even fire-resistant  qualities  that  old pine, hewn from trees hundreds of years old  have. Old pine is also  much harder and stronger than young pine.

The doors have 3, raised, horizontal panels on both sides.

Hardware: The doors are not equipped with any hardware. However, we have a  good selection of hardware to outfit them. (check out our eBay store).

Condition: The doors are strong, sturdy, and in great structural condition. They only have nicks and scratches, but no broken  or cracked joints, gouges, rot, warp, or any other serious issues. Door#1 has a minor break on the bottom corner  of the interior side of the hinge-stile (see 4th photo). Door#2 has some minor  termite damage in one of its corners (see 8th photo). We could either cut out  the damaged portion and fill it with solid wood, or if you need the door  shorter, we could it from the bottom removing the damage--message  us for a quote.

Otherwise, most of the blemishes that they have will disappear after sanding, prior to refinishing or repainting, and  whatever  remains will be subtle, "character marks".

Modification:  We could also modify the door(s) to fit your  opening or suite your needs. We could make frames, trim or add to  the heights or widths,  reverse the swings, plug the hardware holes, etc. Message us with a small description of what you would like done, and we'll give you a  quote.
