30"x79" Antique Vintage Old Reclaimed Salvaged Interior SOLID Wood Wooden Swinging Door Single Panel

* Last photo shows a swinging door that we plugged its  pivot hinge mortise to allow it to be used as a traditional door, which swings  in only 1 direction.

Elegant,  antique door salvaged from an old home in Northeastern PA. The door is  made of solid Douglas Fir and has a single, recessed (flat) panel on both sides and the door is stained on one side and painted white on the  other side.

Hardware: The   door is not equipped with any hardware. However, we have a  good selection of  hardware to outfit it (check out our eBay store).

* If you don't plan on using the door as a swinging door and would like the  cut-out for the pivot hinge in the bottom corner plugged with solid wood, like  the door in the last 2 photos, email us for a quote.

Uneven Height: The  door's height was unevenly cut by 1/2" at some point, most likely to   compensate for an old warped floor or settling foundation. We could cut the door  to an even 79 1/4", cut it shorter/narrower, or even build it  up to make  it taller/wider--email  us for a quote.

Condition: Considering  that this door was used for almost a century, it's in great condition. There is  a break on the outside of the panel on one side of the door (see last photo).  This is something we could clean-out and patch with solid wood--email  us for a quote.

Otherwise, the door only has the typical scrapes, scratches, and   small nail holes that you would expect to find on a door this old. These blemishes could be filled or removed during the finishing process. Whatever   remains will be covered by paint  or appear as a "character mark" if you choose  to stain and finish.

Strip/Refinish: We could   strip/refinish, or partially or completely strip the door to  prepare it for you  to repaint or refinish. We  have MANY photos of doors that we've restored that could give you an idea of  how  this door could clean up. Email us with  a small description of what you would like done,  and  we'll give you a quote.

Modification: We  could also modify this door to fit your opening or suite your needs. We could    make a frame, trim or add to the height or width, replace wooden panels with   glass, plug the hardware holes, etc. Email us with a small    description of what you would like done, and we'll give you a quote.

* The measurement from the top of the door to the top of the cut-out for  the spring hinge is 78 3/4"
