32"x79" Antique Vintage Old Reclaimed Salvaged SOLID Wood Wooden Entry Door 3 Window Glass 3 Panels

* The last 4 photos show a similar door that we repaired and a customer refinished to give you an idea how an old, used door like this could clean up. Although we don't refinish anymore, we could modify and repair it--see more details below.

Unusual,  vintage, entry door salvaged from an old, home in  Northeastern PA. The door is made of solid pine, and is  stained on both sides. It has 3 raised panels on both sides, and 3 windows with glass.

When most people hear "pine" they think of a cheap, weak, soft   wood. New pine hewn from 10 - 20 year old trees don't have the   same insect-resistant, rot-resistant, or even fire-resistant  qualities that  old pine, hewn from trees hundreds of years old  have. Old pine is also much harder and stronger than young pine

Hardware:  The former owner was extremely concerned with security and not only installed 4 locks on the door, but also set-up an alarm system to go off if the door's glass  was tampered with. Notice the wires going around the glass and the strips of dry  adhesive from when the wires were taped to the glass. We've never seen anything  like this and since we sell to theaters, movie studios, restaurants, etc. we  decided to leave it on in case someone wants to use it for decoration or as a  prop. Although it's included, if you don't want it, we'll remove the hardware  and wires for no extra cost. Please let us know if you'd like it removed after  you checkout.

Condition: The door is strong, sturdy, and in excellent condition. It only has nicks and scratches, but no breaks, cracks, gouges, rot, warp, or any  other serious issues. Most of the blemishes that it has will  disappear after sanding, prior to refinishing or repainting, and  whatever remains will be subtle, "character marks

All of the glass is intact and also in great condition with only  subtle scratches.

Swing: The door is set up to swing into a house towards your right, or away from the house towards your left. We could  change the swing of the door--email us for a quote.

Modification: We could also modify the door to fit your opening or suite your  needs. We could make a frame, trim or add to the height or  width, replace  the panel(s) with glass, vice versa, plug the  hardware holes, etc. Email us with a small description of what  you would like done, and we'll give you a quote.
