32"x80" Antique Vintage Old Reclaimed Salvaged Victorian SOLID Wood Wooden Entry Exterior Door Window

Gorgeous, antique, exterior door salvaged from an old, home in  Northeastern PA. The door is made of solid Douglas Fir or pine. The door is painted on both sides.

When most people hear "pine" they think of a cheap, weak, soft   wood. New pine hewn from 10 - 20 year old trees don't have the   same insect-resistant, rot-resistant, or even fire-resistant  qualities that  old pine, hewn from trees hundreds of years  old have. Old pine is also much harder and stronger than young pine.

The door has a single window with a large, beautiful glass lite. There are 3 panels below, and 1 above the glass.

Hardware: The  door is not equipped with any hardware. However, we have a good  selection of hardware to outfit it (check out our eBay store).

Uneven Height: The height of the door was unevenly cut by 1/4". We could cut the door to an even height/width, cut it narrower/shorter or even build it up to be taller/wider--message us for a quote.

Condition: The door is strong, sturdy, and in great structural condition. It only has nicks and scratches, but no rot, warp, or any other serious issues. The worst damage on the door is a small dent in the lock-stile (see last photo).
Most of the blemishes that it has will  disappear after sanding, prior to refinishing or repainting, and  whatever remains will be subtle, "character marks."

All of the glass is also intact and in great shape with only subtle scratches

Swing: The door is set up to swing into a house towards the  left and away from the house towards the right. However, we can modify it to swing in the opposite direction--message us for a quote.

Modification: We could also modify the door to fit your opening or suite your needs. We could make a frame, trim or add to the height or  width, reverse the swing, plug the hardware holes, etc. Email us  with a small description of what you would like done,  and we'll give you a quote.
