34"x86"x2" Antique Vintage Old Reclaimed Salvaged SOLID Wood Wooden Entry Exterior Door Window Glass

Rare, antique, exterior   door salvaged from an old home in Northeastern PA. The door is made of solid  Douglas Fir, and is painted an white on both sides.

The door has an uncommon, Arts & Crafts style arrangement of 9, true-divided windows  above 3 recessed (flat) panels. One of the smaller, square, corner lites are  broken. We could  replace glass or  we could even replace the glass of all of the windows--email us if you're interested.

There are grooves around the  exterior edges of the door lined with aluminum weather-stripping. The weather  stripping is in good shape and is usable. However, if you don't want it we could  remove it and fill the grove with solid wood--email us for  a quote.

Hardware: The door is not equipped with  any hardware. However, we have a good selection of  period hardware to outfit  them (check out our eBay store).

Condition: The  exterior side of the door is in great shape, but the interior side has some deep  scratches left by the former owner's dog. We could plane it down and put a patch  on top over the scratched area so it will have a smooth, flat, even surface once  you finish--email  us for  a quote.

Otherwise, the door has the typical  scrapes, scratches, and small nail holes that you would expect to find on an  old, used door. However, there are no  breaks, cracks, gouges, rot, or warp. The tiny blemishes it has will  disappear or diminish drastically after stripping and sanding. The door is strong, sturdy, and ready for another lifetime of  service.

Aside from the broken  lite, all of the  glass is intact and in great condition with only subtle scratches.

Swing: The  door is set up to swing into the home towards the right or away towards the  left. However, we can modify it to swing in the opposite direction--email  us for a quote.

Modification: We could  also modify this door to fit your opening or suite your needs. We could  make a  frame, trim or add to the height or width, replace glass with screen, reverse  the swing, plug the hardware holes, etc. Email us with a small  description of  what you would like done, and we'll give you a quote.
