35.5"x83"x1.75" Vintage Antique Old Reclaimed Salvaged SOLID Wooden Entry Exterior Front Door Window Leaded Glass Hardware

Handsome, vintage, entry door salvaged from an old, home in  Northeastern PA. The door is made of solid pine, and is painted on both sides. It has 4 raised panels on both sides, and 2 windows with leaded glass.

When most people hear "pine" they think of a cheap, weak, soft   wood.  New pine hewn from 10 - 20 year old trees don't have the    same insect-resistant, rot-resistant, or even fire-resistant  qualities  that  old pine, hewn from trees hundreds of years old  have. Old pine  is also much harder and stronger than young pine

Hardware: The door is equipped with all its original hardware.

Condition: The door is strong, sturdy, and in great structural condition. It only has nicks  and scratches, but no broken or cracked joints, gouges, rot, warp, or any other serious issues. Most of the blemishes that it has will disappear after sanding, prior to refinishing or repainting, and whatever remains will be subtle, "character marks".

One of the glass lites is cracked (see last photo). Otherwise, all of the glass is intact and in great shape with only subtle scratches.

Swing: The door is set up to swing into a house towards the right, or away from the house  towards the left. We could change the swing of the door--message us for a quote.

Modification: We could  also modify the door to fit your opening or suite your  needs. We could, trim or add to the height or  width, replace the panel(s)  with glass, vice versa, plug the  hardware holes, etc. Email us with a  small description of what  you would like done,  and we'll give you a quote.
