72"x83" Pair of Antique Vintage Old Reclaimed Salvaged Wooden Interior Swinging Door Window Textured Glass

Beautiful, pair of antique, swinging doors salvaged from an old, 1909 church in in Jermyn, PA. The doors are made of solid chestnut and are stained on both sides.

Each door has a single, window with floral, textured glass. There are 3 raised panels below the glass (on both sides).

Hardware: The doors are equipped with their original push plates and flush bolts.

Quirks & Considerations:

The height of Door#1 was unevenly cut by 1/2", and Door#2's height was unevenly cut by 3/8". The cuts were most likely made to compensate for a warped floor or sagging foundation. We could cut the doors to an even 82 1/2", cut them narrower/shorter, or even build them up to be taller/wider--message us for a quote.

Door#2 has a break on the top corner of its hinge-stile (see last photo). The previous owner installed a brace over the break to prevent it from worsening.

Condition: The doors are strong, sturdy and in great structural condition. They have the typical scrapes, scratches, and small nail holes that you would expect to find on old, used doors. However, there are no serious breaks, cracks, gouges, rot, or warp. The small blemishes they have will disappear or diminish drastically after stripping and sanding.

The glass is in great condition with only subtle scratches.

Modification: Do you want to replace the glass with wooden panels, screen/mesh, or something else? We could modify the doors to fit your opening or suite your needs. We could  make a frame, trim or add to the height or width, reverse the swing, plug the  hardware holes, etc. Email us with a small description of what you would like  done, and we'll give you a quote.
