* Shipping prices to the Northeastern states will be less than the flat shipping price we have built into this listing. Please see details under "Shipping" below.
* Although there are 2 available, the list price is for 1 pair (2 windows). The first 7 photos show Pair#1, the next 6 show Pair#2, and the last 3 show the windows before they were removed.
Rare, antique windows salvaged from a 1930 home in Scranton, PA (see last 3 photos). They're made of solid Douglas Fir and are painted on both sides. Each window has old, wavy glass.
The pairs come equipped with a lock and keeper.
The glass lites are secured with old-fashioned glazier's putty on the exterior side. Most of the putty is intact but there are some spots where it's missing and should be filled in prior to installation. The glass is secure as is, but filling in the missing spots will optimize insulation.
Condition: There is a thin break in the corner of the bottom sash of Pair#1 (see close up photo).
There is a also a very small, thin, curved crack in one of the upper corners of the glass of the top sash of Pair#2 (see close up photo). The crack is so thin and tight that I thought it was paint at first. It wasn't until I ran my fingernail over it that I realized that it was a crack. We only pointed it out to be 100% transparent but honestly, it is too small to be structural threatening. At most, it's a cosmetic blemish.
Other than that, expect nicks and scratches on the wooden frames, but no breaks, cracks, rot, warp, broken or loose joints, etc. Other than the tiny crack, all of the glass is intact and in great shape with only subtle scratches.
