30"x78" Antique Vintage Old Reclaimed Salvaged Interior Wood Wooden Doors 2 Panels

Handsome, antique door salvaged from an old, home in Northeastern, PA. It's made of solid Douglas Fir or pine, and is completely stained (not painted). The door has 2 recessed (flat) panels on both sides. 

When most people hear "pine" they think of a cheap, weak, soft   wood. New pine hewn from 10 - 20 year old trees don't have the same insect-resistant, rot-resistant, or even fire-resistant  qualities that  old pine, hewn from trees hundreds of years old  have. Old pine is also much harder and stronger than young pine.

Hardware: The door is not equipped with any hardware. However, we have a  good selection of hardware to outfit them (check out the "Hardware" section of our store).

* If you would  like any of the hardware holes plugged with solid wood, please  email us for a quote.

Condition: The door has a break in the bottom corner of the lock-stile and the bottom piece of molding on one side of the panel broke off. We could patch the break in the corner with wood, add molding, and patch the area under the molding with wood to make the door look like it did originally--message us for a quote.

Otherwise, the door is in great structural condition and any nicks or scratches that it has will disappear after sanding, prior to refinishing or repainting, and  whatever remains will be subtle, "character marks"

Swing: The door is set up to swing into a room towards the right, or away from the room towards the left. We could modify it to swing in the opposite direction--message us for a quote.

Modification: We could also modify the door to fit your opening or suite your  needs. We could make a frame, trim or add to the height or  width, replace panels with glass, reverse the swing, plug the hardware holes, etc. Email us with a small description of what  you would like done, and we'll give  you a quote.

Northeastern  VA, MD, DC, DE, PA, NJ, NY, & New England: We  deliver to these states every 2 - 3 weeks . Home  delivery would be $100 - $150 depending on your location. Email  us with the shipping zip code for an exact price.

* If you need the item sooner or are located  outside of our delivery range, we could crate and ship with UPS Ground.

* Pick up in  Scranton, PA is also welcome. No "pick up" charges applied
