60" Antique Vintage Old Reclaimed Salvaged SOLID Wood Wooden Garden Patio Outdoor Bench Chair Seat

Lovely, old bench salvaged from Northeastern PA. The piece is made of SOLID wood and is completely painted white. Notice the light-blue-painted details on the top of the backrest and on the outer corners of the seat--what unique accents!

The bench was on a covered porch near one of the side railings. The middle, rear leg broke off due to a combination of rot and stress from leaning over the years. It may look bad, but the bench works just fine with out it. My sons and I (about 400lbs total) sat and scooted around the bench and it was perfectly balanced. Although it works just fine as is, you'll still want to repair it to keep the bench sturdy and not sag in the back over time. Our carpenter could add a straight, flat (no turns or details) leg for $60. We sell to movie studios, play houses, and theater groups who need items only as props and want to pay as little as possible. We made the repair optional to keep the list price down.

Otherwise, the bench is in great shape with only the nicks and scratches that you would expect to find on an old, outdoor bench.Our carpenter thoroughly inspected it and found no other repairs to make nor any joints to reinforce.

The white-painted portions have stains (most removable w/cleaning) and the blue-painted details are faded, which only enhances the distressed look of its finish. All it needs is a good cleaning. It's strong, sturdy, and ready for another lifetime of service.
