60"x107.5"x1.5" Pair Antique Vintage Old Reclaimed Salvaged French Double Exterior Wood Wooden Doors Windows Glass

Exquisite pair of antique double  doors salvaged from an old Brownstone in Brooklyn, NY. The doors are made of solid Douglas fir and are painted on both sides

Each door has an impressive arrangement of 12, true-divided windows with old, wavy glass.
The glass has a unique, cut pattern which makes it look beveled. I've come across thousands of doors since I started selling them back in 2003, and have never seen anything like this before.
These were probably custom ordered by the owner of the Brownstone.

Hardware: Door#1 comes equipped with its original lock. Door#2 comes equipped with its original strike-plate and flush bolts (see last photo). If you would like to add more or replace the current hardware of door, we have a good selection of period hardware to outfit them (check out our store).

Condition: The doors are strong, sturdy, and in great structural condition. They only have nicks and scratches, but no broken or cracked joints, gouges, rot, warp, or any other serious issues.
Otherwise, most of the blemishes that they have will disappear after sanding, prior to refinishing or repainting, and whatever  remains will be subtle, "character marks".

All of the glass is intact and also in great condition with only subtle scratches.

Modification: We could also modify the doors to fit your opening or suite your needs. We could make a frame, trim or add to the height or width, replace glass with panels etc. Email us with a small description of what  you would like done, and we'll give you a quote.

* Pick up in  Scranton, PA is also welcome. No "pick up" charges applied.
