62"x90x2" Pair Antique Vintage Old Reclaimed Salvaged Wooden Door Window Chicken-Wire Glass

Beautiful, pair of antique, double doors salvaged from an old, business in Northeastern PA. The doors are made of solid fir and are painted red on both sides. Each door has 6 windows with chicken-wired glass.

Both doors have a mixture of 2 different wire patterns within the glass (see last photo). There are 2 raised panels, (1 above & 1 below) the glass (on both sides).

Hardware: Neither door is equipped with any hardware. However, we have a good selection   of period hardware to outfit them (check out our store).

Uneven Width:

The width of Door#1 was unevenly cut by 1/4". The cuts were most likely made to compensate for a warped floor or sagging foundation. We could cut the doors to an even 31 3/4", cut them narrower/shorter, or even build them up to be taller/wider--message us for a quote.

Condition: The doors are strong, sturdy and in great structural condition. They have the typical scrapes, scratches, and small nail holes that you would expect to find on old, used doors. However, there are no serious breaks, cracks, gouges, rot, or warp. The small blemishes they have will disappear or diminish drastically after stripping and sanding.

The glass is in great condition with only subtle scratches.

Modification: Do you want to replace the glass with wooden panels, screen/mesh, or something else? We could modify the doors to fit your opening or suite your needs. We could  make a frame, trim or add to the height or width, reverse the swing, plug the  hardware holes, etc. Email us with a small description of what you would like  done, and we'll give you a quote.
