Elegant, vintage door knocker salvaged from Northeastern PA. It was made by "Baldwin" of Reading, PA about 40 - 50 years ago. It's made of solid, brass, not plated steel.

It comes in it's original box with 2 brass bolts and washers to fasten the knocker to the door. The bolts will accommodate a door as thick as 1 3/4" thick. If your door is thicker, you'll need to get 2 longer bolts from your local hardware store.
It has a traditional, Colonial style design and a polished (glossy) finish.
Since the door knocker was never installed and used, it's brand new. This is considered, "New Old Stock." It's as close to mint condition as you could find.
