Antique Vintage Old Reclaimed Salvaged Art Deco Mid Century Modern Formica Top Metal Steel Microwave Stand Storage Kitchen Cabinet Cupboard

Wonderful, Art Deco, heavy-duty, metal cabinet salvaged from an old home in Scranton, PA. It is made of solid steel and is completely painted. The shelf inside the cabinet, and the inside of each drawer has a blue, grid, pattern contact paper. Notice the gorgeous "marbled" Formica top!

Considering that the piece is about 80 years old, it is in great condition. It has the typical small nicks and scratches that you would expect to find on a piece this old. However, there are no breaks, large dents, large chunks missing or any other serious flaws.

The worst damage is a small bit of corrosion on the bottom and small areas of rust on the outer bottom edges of the inside and outside of the piece. (see last photo).

Please keep in mind, the holes are very small, and since they're on the bottom/cabinet floor, they will not be seen if you place something over them.

As far as the rust, it can easily come off with sanding. Once you sand, simply re-paint the piece and all of its blemishes will disappear.

Otherwise, the cabinet is strong and sturdy and is ready for another lifetime of service!
