Wow, what a rare find! Stunning, antique, Mid Century server salvaged from an old home in Scranton, PA. The piece is made of combination of different woods, (The drawers are made of Oak, the inside of the cabinets are made of Douglas fir, and the whole cabinet is veneered with Mahogany).

The piece has a very sleek and streamlined design. Notice that there are no drawer or cabinet pulls! The cabinet doors have grooves/handles carved in them.

Storage includes a wide top drawer, three stacked drawers in the center, and two side cabinets. Each cabinet has one interior shelf, and the right-side cabinet contains an extra hidden drawer

Considering how old the piece is, it is in great condition. Besides a few small chips in the veneer and (see last photo). the server has the typical nicks, scrapes, scratches, and spots of worn finish here and there that you would expect to find on a piece this old. However, there are no breaks, rot, warp, or any other serious flaws. All the drawers slide in and out with ease!

Our carpenter thoroughly inspected the piece and didn't need to make any serious repairs. The piece is strong and sturdy and is ready for another lifetime of service!
