Antique Vintage Old Victorian Lyre Back Chair SOLID Wood Wooden Piano Kneeling Bench Foot Stool Ottoman White Fabric

Gorgeous, antique, bench salvaged from Northeastern Pennsylvania. It's made of solid wood and is stained a dark color (not painted).

It has a gorgeous, turned (carved) backrest with a lyre-back design. On the rear of the backrest is a decorative, Lion pull.

The seat was reupholstered at some point. To protect the fabric, the previous owner had the upholstery wrapped in a plastic cover.

The seat is held in by 4 screws underneath, and can be removed easily. (See last photo)
 

Our carpenter inspected the piece thoroughly and had no repairs to make nor anything to reinforce.

There are no breaks, cracks, rot, warp, or any other serious flaws. Expect the typical nicks and light scratches on the wood. The upholstery is as close to mint condition as you could get for something found on a used piece of furniture. It has no rips, tears or odors.
