Antique Vintage Old Victorian Reclaimed Salvaged SOLID Maple Birch Wood Wooden Press Back Side Dining Accent Lounge Chair Upholstered Seat

Handsome, solid wood, accent chair. The chair is made of a solid hardwood (most likely maple or birch), and retains its original stain and finish. The seat is upholstered. Notice the ornately carved backrest and front legs and stretchers!

Our carpenter inspected the chair from top to bottom, and didn't need to make any repairs or reinforce anything as the chair is strong and sturdy.

The seat isn't original. The chair formerly had a caned or leather seat. However, the fabric is in good condition, with no rips, tears or cuts or stains! The seat can be removed by hand.

Other than some worn finish, The chair is in great condition with only the typical nicks and scratches that you would expect to find on an old, used chair. There are no breaks, gouges, rot, or warp. The chair is ready for another lifetime of service!
