Exquisite, antique, dining chairs salvaged from Northeastern Pennsylvania. The chairs are made of solid maple and retain their original stain and finish. They were made by, "J.P Redington & Company" about 80-100 years ago.

The chairs have elegant, backrests with slats and rails.

The chairs' finish is still in good shape. The most notice-able spots of wear are on the edge of the seat and top rail of the backrests.

The chairs are in great structural condition, but do have small nicks and light scratches here and there--typical wear for furniture this old. On one of the chairs, the back stretcher is missing (see last photo).  However, there are no serious flaws like broken or cracked joints, gouges, rot, or warp. Our carpenter inspected each piece in the set and didn't need to repair, tighten, or reinforce anything! The set is ready for another lifetime of service!
