Gorgeous, Ethan Allen, China cabinet salvaged from an old home in Scranton, PA. It's made of  Birch. I'm estimating that the piece was made around the 1960's or 1970's.

This piece is exquisite! The top half of the cabinet has 4 doors with bubble glass. Inside are 3 shelves (2 made of glass). There are also 4 lights at the top that fully light up the inside (see 8th photo).

The bottom half of the cabinet has 3, stacked, drawers in the center each with 2, brass pulls and a faux keyhole cover. Notice the patina on the pulls! At each side of the drawers is a large, side cabinet with a small shelf inside. Overall, the piece has a lot of small carvings and details. Truly a masterpiece.

Our carpenter inspected the piece from top to bottom, inside and outside. There wasn't anything for him to repair or reinforce. The piece has the usual small nicks, scratches and small areas of worn finish, but no breaks, cracks, gouges, rot, warp or large scratches. The worst damage is shown in the last 3 photos. The drawers open and close smoothly, The lights in the cabinet work perfectly, the glass is in excellent condition, with no chips or cracks or any large scratches The cabinet is strong, sturdy, and ready for another lifetime of service!
