Vintage Antique Reclaimed Salvaged Colonial SOLID Maple Wood Wooden Four Post Poster Bedstead Bedframe Headboard Footboard Set

Lovely, vintage, Colonial style, full-sized, poster bed set salvaged from an old home in Scranton, PA. The head & foot boards are made out of solid maple wood.

The bed set includes a headboard and footboard ONLY. It does not come with any rails or slats. You can buy rails and slats for relatively cheap at your local Home Depot or Lowe's.

Each piece has 2, beautifully turned (carved) posts each with a small finial at the top. Overall, this bed set has plenty of charm!

Our carpenter thoroughly inspected the pieces and found no repairs to make, nor anything to reinforce. the head and foot boards just have nicks, light scratches, common wear for old used furniture. The set is strong, sturdy, and ready for a lifetime of service!
