For sale is a vintage medical product pad/cover made of natural sheepskin designed for use on a bed or chair to help prevent decubitus ulcers (bedsores). It provides aerated suspension of a patient’s weight, allowing cool air to circulate under the patient in the summer and warm air in the winter. Back label reads: MEDI FLEECE INC. NYC. It was used for a short period of time and professional dry cleaned after that.
Size approximately: 20-32” W x 36” L with slight 1–2-inch variation.
Pre-owned, clean and in good condition. On the back, there are handmade stitches for closing the openings. Please see last 2 pictures.
