This listing is for a set of 2, vintage Mid-20-th Century Victorian revival ceramic porcelain urn-shaped tall table lamps. Each features a rich burgundy body, ornate gold-plated scroll handles and a central transfer medallion of a colonial courting couple. Ceramic base is glossy white with molded scroll/shell details. Felt underneath. Lamps come with heavy duty brass plated metal harps with fixed height with sturdy saddle attachments. Finial is a decorative ribbed ivory knob at very top of the harp. Pair comes with electrical cords paired with hard plastic plugs. Each lamp operates with push-button switch, Leviton socket lamp holder and takes one bulb 60-watt medium base E26. Good working conditions.  Bulbs and lampshades are not included.

These lamps are often nicknamed "George and Martha Washington” in American household due to colonial-style clothing, but central medallion actually depicts a romantic Victorian or French-style “courting couple. This artwork is heavily inspired by 18-th century Rococo paintings.

Overall, each measure: 28 1/2”H x 7 1/2” W. Base: 6 ½” D.
 Weigh: 6.3 lbs.

Pair is in excellent conditions. No scratches, chips, or breaks. Gild accent is in vibrant bright condition, with insignificant sign of wear and age.
